The room was super clean and had a comfy king or queen bed – made us really happy 😊.

The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean, lobby is very bright and friendly. The fitness room is top equipped.

We had booked a room with two double beds and got a room with a king size bed. On request it was apologized and told us that it appeared when booking. When I then showed the confirmation I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, so nothing else could be offered to us. It was not relaxing for four in a bed. The washing machine and the washroom were dirty and at some point the washing machine stopped working because many paintballers were in the house at the same time and used them diligently. Due to a burst water pump, the fire alarm went off shortly before seven on Sunday morning and was not turned off for a long time. These points meant that we were not satisfied with this selection.

The best place to stay when in Horsham. I have just returned from a great stay in this pet-friendly hotel, extremely spacious and huge rooms. The staff are polite, managed the parking onsite.
